How to Use the Barber QR Suite
Barber QR codes earn their keep when they remove friction: clients book without calling, check prices while they wait, join the waitlist without hovering at the desk, and leave a review while the cut is still fresh in mind. Build one code per job, then place each where its moment happens.
Place each code where its moment happens
The booking code belongs in the window and on cards, the price list in the waiting area, the waitlist at the desk, and the review code near the exit and on receipts. A code in the wrong place gets ignored, however good it is.
Keep destinations under your control
Point printed codes at URLs you control, such as short redirects, so you can swap the destination without reprinting. A booking page that moves should not orphan every printed card.
Test before you print
Print a sample at the real size, scan it on two different phones in real shop lighting, and confirm the whole journey works, from scan to booking. Keep the quiet zone clear and use dark modules on a light background.
