How to Use Bulk Review QR Codes

Reviews arrive when asking is effortless and the moment is right. One code per location, generated from a single CSV, means every branch can display its own code without anyone hand-building links, and every review lands against the location the customer actually visited.

One code per location, verified per location

The costly mistake is a code that opens the wrong branch’s review form. After generating a batch, scan every code and confirm it opens the right location’s form. Keep a simple list of which code went to which branch so replacements stay matched.

Print and test before the batch goes out

Print a sample at the real size and scan it in the spot where customers will see it, then confirm the review form opens and shows the right business name. Keep the quiet zone clear, use dark modules on a light background, and replace codes that get stained or faded.

Frequently Asked Questions

What format do the rows need?

A header row LocationName,ReviewLink, then one location per row. Both columns are required, and each ReviewLink must start with http:// or https:// and open that location’s own review form.

What does each review QR code contain?

The location’s review link itself, so scanning opens the review form directly. Because each location gets its own code, reviews land against the right branch.

Is my location list uploaded anywhere?

No. The CSV parsing and QR rendering happen entirely in your browser. Your locations and links never leave the device.

Where should each location’s code go?

Where customers decide to leave a review: near the exit, on receipts, and on the counter. A review code hidden behind the till arrives too late, after the customer has already left.
