One RSVP Code per Guest

A single RSVP link for every guest gives you a count but no names. A code per guest gives you a guest list: each code opens that guest's RSVP page with their name already attached, so replies arrive matched to the invitation and the host never has to guess who 'Yes, 2 people' came from.

Personal links, not personal data

The guest's name travels in the link as a parameter so the RSVP page can greet them. Keep it to the name — never add an email address, phone number, or anything more sensitive to a printed invitation link. If the RSVP page needs more, it should ask for it after the guest arrives, over the same secure page.

Before you send the batch

  • Scan a sample code and confirm it opens the right guest's RSVP page.
  • Check every guest appears once — a duplicate invitation creates a duplicate RSVP.
  • Send each guest only their own code, not the whole batch.
  • Keep the source list with the event file so RSVPs can be reconciled against invitations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What format do the rows need?

One row per line, comma-separated, or with the | separator. The first row is treated as a header and skipped when it looks like a header row. Rows that are missing a required field are reported and skipped without blocking the valid rows.

Can I use a spreadsheet?

Yes. Export the sheet as CSV, then paste the CSV text here. Keep one record per row and keep the column order shown above the input.

How many rows can I generate at once?

Up to 500 rows per batch. Split larger lists into multiple batches and label each ZIP.

Does my data leave my browser?

No. Every QR code is generated locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
