How to Use Bulk Seat QR Codes
Per-seat codes earn their keep at the door: an usher scans, sees the exact seat, and waves the guest through without comparing ticket text against a seating chart. Generating the whole venue from one CSV keeps every code in the same format, so staff learn one layout and read it at a glance.
Keep one row per physical seat
Every row in the CSV should match exactly one physical seat, with the same section and row labels the venue uses on its signs. A mismatch between the code and the signage sends guests to the wrong seats, so check the CSV against the venue map before printing.
Print and test before doors open
Print a sample card at the real size and scan it at the entrance in normal venue lighting, then confirm the scanned text matches the seat. Keep the quiet zone clear, use dark modules on a light background, and replace cards that get creased or faded.
