How to Use the Co-Working QR Suite

Co-working QR codes earn their keep when they remove admin: day visitors buy a pass without finding reception, members book rooms from the corridor, guests join WiFi without asking for the password, and everyone finds the community board. Build one code per job, then place each where its moment happens.

Place each code where its moment happens

The day-pass code belongs at the entrance and on the website, room booking on each room door, WiFi at reception and in the kitchen, and the community board in the lounge. A code in the wrong place gets ignored, however good it is.

Rotate the WiFi password, then reprint

A WiFi code is only as safe as the password it carries. When the password changes, reprint the WiFi cards the same day, and never leave an old card on display. Treat printed WiFi cards like keys.

Test before you print

Print a sample at the real size, scan it on two different phones in real space lighting, and confirm the whole journey works, from scan to booking. Keep the quiet zone clear and use dark modules on a light background.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the WiFi code contain?

A standard WIFI: payload with the network name and password, so a phone camera offers to join the network directly. Nothing about the code reveals the password to anyone who cannot already see the printed card.

What does the room-booking code contain?

The room booking URL plus the room name as a link parameter, so the page can pre-select that room when it supports it. If it does not, the code still opens the booking page.

Can I change the destination without reprinting the codes?

Yes, if the code points to a URL you control. Update the page behind it and every printed code shows the new content. If the code points to a page you do not control, a change there can break your printed cards.

Will these QR codes work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, in nearly all cases. Modern iPhone and Android cameras read QR codes natively. Test on both platforms before a large print run, keep the quiet zone clear, and use dark modules on a light background with strong contrast.
