How to Use the Florist QR Suite

Florist QR codes earn their keep when they remove guesswork: customers browse the catalogue, order for the right occasion, and the recipient keeps care instructions that actually keep the flowers alive. Build one code per job, then place each where its moment happens.

Place each code where its moment happens

The catalogue code belongs in the window and on cards, the order form on flyers and the website, the care card on the bouquet tag, and occasion gifts on seasonal displays. A code in the wrong place gets ignored, however good it is.

Keep care instructions short and checkable

Care text must be readable at a glance. Keep it to the essentials, and have a florist review the wording before it is printed, because a printed instruction is hard to take back.

Test before you print

Print a sample at the real size, scan it on two different phones in real shop lighting, and confirm the whole journey works, from scan to order. Keep the quiet zone clear and use dark modules on a light background.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the care-card code contain?

Plain text with the flower name and its care instructions, so the recipient can read them at home without needing any special app. Keep instructions short enough to fit on one scan.

What does the order-form code contain?

The order form URL plus the occasion as a link parameter, so the form can pre-select that occasion when it supports it. If it does not, the code still opens the order form.

Can I change the destination without reprinting the codes?

Yes, if the code points to a URL you control. Update the page behind it and every printed code shows the new content. If the code points to a page you do not control, a change there can break your printed cards.

Will these QR codes work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, in nearly all cases. Modern iPhone and Android cameras read QR codes natively. Test on both platforms before a large print run, keep the quiet zone clear, and use dark modules on a light background with strong contrast.
