How to use the Google Review QR Generator
How this QR code works
This code stores the link to your Google review form. Scanning opens the form with your business already selected, so the customer only has to pick a star rating and write a few words. The shorter the path between a good experience and a review, the more reviews you get — a code on the receipt or counter beats asking customers to search for the business later.
Finding your review link or Place ID
You can get a review link from your Google Business Profile: the profile offers a shareable review link you can paste here. If you only have a Place ID — the identifier that starts with ChIJ — paste that instead and this tool builds the review address from it. Either way, open the generated link yourself and confirm it shows your business before printing.
Where to put the code
Put the code where the good feeling is freshest: on the receipt, at the till, on the table card, or in the thank-you email. Add one short line next to it explaining what happens after the scan. Never offer rewards in exchange for a positive review, and never ask only happy customers to scan — the code should be there for everyone.
